Luna Skin Policies & Procedures

The goal of Luna Skin is to provide the best possible care to every patient seen at our clinic. Along with a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs, we also anticipate for each client to adhere to the recommendations provided in order to reach their goals.  Your success is just as important to us at it is to you which is why we cover expectations thoroughly and frequently. 

Financial Agreement

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable, appointment times are limited, and ultimately to provide superior individualized care to every patient, please take a moment to review and sign the following policies of Luna Skin and Aesthetics. Failure to adhere to these policies will prevent future appointment bookings as well as termination from this practice.  

 

Unconfirmed Appointments

Appointment reminders are a courtesy provided by Luna Skin. It is ultimately up to the patient to ensure you are aware of your appointment, and confirm within 48 hours.  If you fail to confirm your appointment via text, email, or phone 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and will be charged 50% of the appointment type to the credit card on file. 

*Neurotoxin appointments will be charged a $250 fee. 

Canceled, Late, and No-Show Appointments

If you cancel your appointment without 48 hours notice, or “No-Show” to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service. *Neurotoxin appointments will be charged a $250 fee.

 

Multiple “no-show” appointments within a 12 month period will result in termination from Luna Skin and Aesthetics.

 

Fees charged for Canceled/Late or No-show appointments cannot go towards future services, or retail products. 

Refund and Exchange Policy

Luna Skin does not offer refunds on any products or services, no exceptions. This includes your non-refundable deposit for all consultations. 

Return Check Fee

Any checks returned, for any reason, a charge of $35 will be added to the patient's account.  

 

Credit Card on File

Upon booking an appointment patient's will provide a credit card to store securely on file. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure the credit card stored on file is current and active. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of future appointments, the inability to book further appointments until a new card is provided, and balances are paid in full.
